LC baseball defeats Guilford in opener

Lynchburg College knocked off Guilford on road in the Hornets’ Old Dominion Athletic Conference baseball opener, 7-5, on Saturday as Jeff Taylor Jr. (Heritage) Cameron Grant (Heritage) and Jordan Watkins each drove a pair of runs.

Taylor finished the game with four hits and stole bases and Watkins scored a pair of runs.

and through five games he is batting .571 with a .714 slugging % and 8 RBI and 5 SBs

JOT, Jr. had a field day against Averett today.

2-4, 4 RBI, one sac fly, one walk, four stolen bases, threw out a guy at the plate from right field.
