I know...I wish that I could just go to the first unread post instead of having to scroll past that...I was at least hoping for something a lot less disturbing

I really feel like this needs to be repeated.
Eastern-Style has no help, it's just perfectly cooked meat sitting there by itself. Western-Style is like Texas beef BBQ; you can take very average meat cooked just so-so, and with a great sauce, disguise the poor meat under the taste-bud-tingling sauce.
